Terms & Conditions – Blacksuit

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, mobile applications, software tools, and services provided by Blacksuit (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform immediately.

Refund Policy

Please note that we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed. All sales are final. We encourage you to review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

Standard Pricing Limit: Up to ₹2 Lakhs based on service needs

Blacksuit provides intelligent, automated advisory solutions starting at ₹20,000. While standard packages go up to ₹2 Lakhs, final pricing is flexible and may vary based on the depth of automation and additional compliance services required.
Please note that costs may exceed this range depending on the volume of accounts, level of AI customization, and specialized litigation needs.

1. Definitions

  • “Platform” refers to all digital properties of Blacksuit, including websites, web apps, mobile apps, dashboards, and APIs.
  • “User” / “You” refers to any individual, professional, business entity, or organisation using the Platform.
  • “Services” means legal-tech solutions such as e-Sign, Video KYC, OCR, document automation, legal compliance tools, case workflows, templates, communication tools, and other digital services offered by Blacksuit.
  • “Content” means all text, graphics, data, documents, forms, videos, and material available on the Platform.

2. Nature of Services

  • Blacksuit is a Legal Technology Platform.
  • Blacksuit does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or act as a law firm.
  • All tools, templates, and workflows are technology-based aids intended to support documentation, verification, compliance, and automation processes.
  • Any legal decision or interpretation is solely at the user’s discretion.

3. Eligibility

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have the authority to enter into a binding agreement.
  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • Not be barred from using digital services under applicable law.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
  • Not upload or share harmful files, malicious code, or misleading information.
  • Ensure that documents, IDs, data, and information provided are accurate and legally owned.
  • Take responsibility for compliance with applicable laws when using automated legal tools.

5. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Using Blacksuit does not create an attorney-client relationship. Any communication on the Platform is not legal advice. Consult a qualified advocate for legal interpretation or representation.

6. Third-Party Integrations

Blacksuit may use or integrate:

  • Video KYC APIs
  • e-Sign APIs (Aadhaar/DSC)
  • OCR tools
  • Payment gateways
  • Communication channels

Blacksuit is not responsible for downtime, errors, or actions of third-party providers.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All software, UI/UX layouts, algorithms, designs, templates, trademarks, and content belong to Blacksuit.
  • Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform.
  • Users cannot copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or commercially reproduce any part of the Platform.

8. Data Privacy & Security

  • Blacksuit implements security measures for data protection.
  • Users are responsible for safeguarding their own data during uploads or sharing.
  • User data is processed as per the Privacy Policy.
  • Blacksuit does not store Aadhaar numbers, CVV, or sensitive financial data except as required for service execution and consented by the user.

9. Payments, Billing, and Refunds

  • Paid services are billed on a subscription or usage basis.
  • Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
  • Services may be suspended for non-payment or misuse.

10. Service Availability

Blacksuit aims for high uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues.

11. Prohibited Activities

  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or manipulate the Platform.
  • Using automated bots without authorization.
  • Misusing legal tools to create fraudulent or misleading documents.
  • Violating intellectual property rights of any party.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Blacksuit is not liable for any loss, damage, claims, or actions arising from platform usage.
  • Not responsible for decisions based on auto-generated documents, OCR accuracy, Video KYC results, or compliance outputs.
  • Not liable for loss of data, revenue, business opportunity, or profits.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Blacksuit harmless against any claims, damages, losses, penalties, or liabilities arising from misuse of the Platform or violation of Terms.

14. Termination

  • Blacksuit may suspend or restrict access for violations.
  • Users may stop using the Platform anytime.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Delhi, India.

16. Changes to Terms

Blacksuit may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
